The dark bar with a location dropdown appears under the header on public pages (everywhere except login, register, password recovery, and the admin panel) whenever your account has more than one kitchen location in total. The dropdown itself only lists the locations you've marked as publicly visible, so if you have several locations but only one is public, the bar can still show up listing just that one. Choosing a different location asks the customer to confirm and reloads the site for that kitchen. In the current version the selector's template (and the header/top-bar templates) are not selectable from the Configuration tabs; the standard template is always used unless a Menu Builder menu replaces it.
