For every meal and portion ordered in the date range it multiplies the number ordered by each ingredient's recipe quantity, replaces swapped ingredients with the customer's choice where swaps apply, and applies the ingredient's Trim/Shrinkage % (quantity / (1 - trim%)). By the Pound and Custom Meal Builder orders are added for Meal Prep report types. Price shows the item's cost per base weight (food cost plus labour for sub-recipes); Total Price = required quantity x price / base weight; Conversion converts the required quantity into a larger unit according to your weight base measure; Total Needed = required quantity minus the ingredient's stock at the active location (or total across locations when none is selected). Sub-recipes that are used directly in meals appear as their own lines with a Sub-Recipe badge.
