Every page includes a hidden block (invisible, unfocusable, ignored by screen readers) containing the link Internal data export — do not follow to /aitrap, and /aitrap is disallowed in robots.txt. A person cannot see, click or tab to it, so a visit means software read the page source and followed links. Before recording anything Sprwt discards requests that are clearly not a page read – images or embeds pulled from another site, browser prefetches, link-preview and antivirus scanners, HEAD requests, visits referred from another domain, and anything on the allowlist – so a link pasted into an email or chat cannot be used to fill the log. A genuine hit is logged; it is never used to lock the site, and an email alert is sent only when a logged-in staff session was attached to the hit.
