Most catering reports let you pick either a single day or a date range with a start and end date. If you only pick one day, the report treats that as a single-day range. If you don't pick a date at all, the report silently uses your kitchen's next open delivery date to render itself (without changing the address bar to show it); if no future delivery date exists at all, you're redirected back to the dashboard instead. Reports pull every delivery date that falls within your chosen range (inclusive) and aggregate across all of them.
