How does the Conditional block work?

Conditional – Split flow based on recipient behavior. Choose a Condition Type: Email was opened, Email was not opened, Email link was clicked, Email link was not clicked, SMS was delivered, SMS was replied to or A purchase was made. For the click conditions enter the Link URL to track. Then set How long to wait before checking the condition (Delay Value + Days/Hours/Minutes, must be greater than 0).

The condition is always evaluated against the nearest Email or SMS block above it in the same branch (shown as Checking against), so place it after the message you want to test. Two branches (Yes / No) hang off the block; add steps to each with their own +. When a customer reaches the conditional, Sprwt waits the configured time, checks the recorded open/click/delivered/replied events for that message, and continues down the matching branch; an empty branch simply ends the journey. Deleting a conditional removes everything in both branches.

Validation messages: Please select a condition type., Please enter the link URL to track., Please enter a wait time greater than 0., Please select a valid time unit. A flow cannot go live if a conditional has no valid message above it.
