The Contact Us page (/pages/contacts, linked from Theme: Navigation) has a fixed form: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Company Name, Website, "How did you hear about us?" and Message. On Submit the message is emailed to your Company Email (Settings > Business: Email) with the subject "Contact on site", and the visitor sees "Your message was sent. We will get back to you shortly." If Google reCAPTCHA is configured (Business: Integrations) the CAPTCHA is enforced.

Several spam filters run automatically before the email is sent: obvious bot names/emails, URL-looking company names, disposable/bot email addresses and vendor-solicitation message text are all silently dropped — the sender still sees the success message, so bots learn nothing. Every attempt, accepted or blocked, is logged for Sprwt support. Note: the standalone Contact Us page itself does not include a hidden honeypot field; that extra layer is only present on the Contact Form module version of the form, which offers the same fields plus title/description/map options for use inside CMS pages.
