Whenever you save the item with tracking on, a threshold above 0 and a stock quantity at or below the threshold, Sprwt emails a low stock alert to your business email (the account's client email, falling back to the sending address). Super admins can open Preview Alert Email under the stock fields to see the template. In the Products list, tracked items show "(n in stock)" in green or red. Switching tracking off resets the stored quantity and threshold to 0.
