Sprwt loads the proposal into a hidden cart for the customer and lets the normal cart engine price it, so the Totals card shows the same lines a customer sees: Invoice Items, Subtotal, Coupon / Discounts, Service Fee and Processing Fee (shown combined or separately depending on Show Processing and Service Fees Separately), Delivery (from your delivery zones, unless disabled), bag fees and one-time bag fees, Tax per rate, Paid (payments already made) and Expected Total (what is still owed).

Notes:

• Meals in catering portion sizes are priced through the catering module, default-portion meals through the unit module.
• Proposal checkouts use the Sprwt Proposals Service Fee (Amount $) setting (Payment group) instead of the regular service fee once the subtotal passes the platform's minimum-cart thresholds.
• Bags: by default proposals only use bag types flagged "only for proposals"; set Proposals: Disable Bags to Yes (Order: Catering) to remove bag fees entirely.
• The expected total is stored on the proposal each time you save and drives the list totals and reports.
