No. Repeat on creates one copy of the shift on each ticked weekday within the same Sunday–Saturday week as the selected date. For example, clicking Wednesday 10th and ticking Mon, Wed, Fri creates three shifts: Monday 8th, Wednesday 10th and Friday 12th (including days earlier in that week). It does not create recurring shifts in later weeks; open each week and add shifts again, or use the same window with all needed days ticked. When editing an existing shift the weekday buttons are locked because a single shift is edited.
