Every cooking report has a Print Complete Report / Print Report / Print All button (name varies by report). It opens a dedicated print page in a new tab that carries the same dates, ordering group and kitchen as the screen, renders in greyscale, and automatically opens the browser's print dialog; the tab closes when printing finishes. Most reports print landscape; the Extras Report prints portrait and the Sub-Recipe Report lets you choose. Anything marked as on-screen only (toolbars, checkboxes, edit pencils) is left out.
