When someone calls one of your purchased Sprwt phone numbers, Sprwt can optionally play a greeting, then — if you've set a Redirect Calls To number — connect the call to that number. The call is logged with its direction and, once your provider reports the outcome (answered, no answer, busy, etc.), its duration and status for both the inbound leg and the forwarded leg.
