Above the macros table click Auto-fill macros with AI. Sprwt collects every ingredient with a quantity for each portion size and asks the AI to estimate the total of every visible macro per portion. A confirmation shows the recipe name, portion and ingredient counts and the warning that it turns off Auto Macros and overwrites the manual macro values for every portion. Click Calculate; the values are dropped into the macro inputs of all portions and a success message asks you to review and Save the recipe - nothing is stored until you save.

You need at least one ingredient with a measure ("Add at least one ingredient with a measure before auto-filling macros.") and at least one macro that is not hidden on both Front and Labels.
