How does an admin remove a member from an account manager?
- Open the manager under Customers and go to the Members tab.
- Click the trash icon (Remove member) in the member's row and confirm Are you sure you want to remove this member?
Or open the member's profile, set Account Manager to No account manager and click Save.
Removing the link keeps the member's customer account, orders and subscription intact; it only stops the manager from seeing or managing them. Any subscription already flagged as paid by the manager keeps that flag, so review the member's subscription afterwards.
