The wholesaler clicks Purchase Stock (the À la Carte ordering page in Wholesale mode) and selects their wholesale location. The available dates are the location's Retail/Wholesale Fulfilment Days on which at least one of the location's assigned Wholesale Menus has meals; the meals shown are those on those wholesale menus for the date, priced at your normal meal price (plus portion upgrade) minus the location's Discount (%). They add quantities and check out like any customer - the order is recorded as an À la Carte order of the Wholesale type, visible under their Purchase History (#, Date, Total Price) and in your admin Wholesale - Sales statistics. If the location has no wholesale menu assigned, no dates appear.
