How does a staff member set up 2FA?
- From the mandatory prompt, or from their own Profile page, click Enable 2FA (/profile/setup_2fa).
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app.
- Enter the 6-digit code it generates to confirm.
- On success they're shown 8 one-time recovery codes to save — each can be used once as a login fallback if they lose their device.
