When you pause with Schedule Unpausing on, the chosen end date is stored as the unpause date and the subscription page shows "Scheduled to unpause on <date>"; the list shows Unpausing <date>. An automated routine (run on a schedule your Sprwt team sets up on the server – commonly daily) looks for paused, non-cancelled subscriptions whose unpause date is today, switches auto-renewal back on, and sets the next renewal to that date (the renewal weekday becomes the weekday of the unpause date). Your business receives the Admin: User Subscription Unpause email and the customer the Subscription: Renew notification. Because the renewal window is anchored to the unpause date, the customer is charged from that date onward, not for the paused period.
