• Manage the plan: on Dashboard > Members click Manage plan in the member's row. This opens the member's subscription page (/subscriptionmembers/{member}) where the manager can pause, skip, cancel, change delivery details and so on, exactly as for their own plan.
• Select meals: on the meal-selection page (Dashboard > Select meals) the same member card / Select member dialog lets the manager switch the cart to a member and pick that member's meals for the upcoming delivery dates. Ingredient swaps and extras follow the member's plan rules.

Only the manager linked to the member (or the member themselves) can open these pages; anyone else is redirected.
