On Dashboard > Members, click Edit member in the row. The Edit member dialog opens with tabs:

• User Details — First Name, Last Name, Email (if required), Phone.
• Allergens, Dislikes & Diet Preferences — when those options are enabled.
• Subscription Settings — the permission and payment switches.
• Nutrition Calculator — when macros and the stats calculator are enabled: Gender, Height, Birthday, then either Use custom values (type calories/protein/carbs/fat) or the calculator inputs (Objective, Weight, Body Fat, Activity level, Custom Macro Ratio?). The button reads Calculate in calculator mode and Save otherwise.

Each tab saves separately with Save (messages such as User details updated successfully!, Member settings updated successfully!, Macros calculated and saved successfully!). Fill in every required field on the tab or you will see Please fill in all required fields.
