On the Earn Rewards page (or the review buttons on their Profile page) the customer clicks a review or share button. Sprwt records the click for that platform — one reward per platform per customer (google, facebook, share_facebook, share_twitter, share_linkedin, share_whatsapp) — and opens the review link or share window. A confirmation message appears: "Thank you for your review! Your reward will be applied to your wallet shortly." for a Google/Facebook review, or "Thank you for sharing! Your reward will be applied to your wallet shortly." for a social share. The entry appears in Rewards History as Pending.

A scheduled job then credits the Gamification Rewards Amount to the wallet ("Google Review Reward", "Share_facebook Review Reward", etc.) once the Delay (minutes) has elapsed, and the status turns Credited. Clicking the same platform again earns nothing further — it's already marked claimed — though the link or share window still opens. Sprwt only tracks the click; it does not verify that a review was actually posted.
