1. The customer logs in (the page requires an account) and opens the Gift Card page from the site header.
2. They click one of the value buttons (from your Values setting).
3. They fill in Recipient's Name, Recipient's Email, Recipient's Phone and optionally Delivery Date & Time (Optional) ("Leave blank to send immediately, or choose a future date and time.").
4. If Allow Shipping is on, they can untick Digital Gift Card and instead enter the mailing address (Street Address, Street Address #2, State, Town, Zip Code).
5. They click Add to cart and complete checkout like any other order.

Fields listed in Required Fields must be completed before the card is added (tooltips such as "Email is required" appear). One gift card is held in the cart at a time; changing the value replaces it.
