Each ordering module card (homepage Ordering Modules block, header dropdown and footer list) takes its name, subtitle, description and image from that module's own configuration rows: for gift cards these are in Marketing > Giftcards (Giftcard: Title / Subtitle / Description / Module Image); for other modules they are in the matching Order tab (e.g. Order > A la Carte: Title, Subtitle, Description, Module Image). If a field is empty, the module's built-in default text and picture are used. The homepage cards themselves appear in whatever order you selected the modules in Show on Homepage (Theme > Kitchen) — the numeric Menu Order rows in that same tab do not affect the homepage cards; they instead control the sort order of the module list shown in the header dropdown and the footer's ordering column (sorted by Menu Order, then alphabetically by title).
