Posts run at 6:00 AM on the chosen days: - Once / Twice / 3 times a week – tick 1, 2 or 3 days under Day(s) of the week (the form stops you selecting more: Select at most N days for this frequency). If nothing is ticked Monday is used. - Every day – one article every day. - Once a month – pick the Day of the month (1st–28th).

After each run the next run date is calculated from the frequency; the Next Scheduled Post and Last Post Published cards at the top of the tab show the dates. Runs stop for the rest of the month once the monthly cap is reached and resume on the 1st.
