The Reminder field offers No reminder, At task due time, 30 minutes before, 1 hour before and 1 day before. Sprwt's platform-wide scheduled job checks tasks whose due date matches the reminder offset and emails each assigned employee (at the email on their user account) a message titled "SPRWT Tasks Reminder" naming the task and its due date. Reminders only fire if the task has a Due Date and the employee has an email; the match is to the exact minute, so set realistic due times. This is a shared background job for the whole platform, not something turned on or off per account.
