Automatically. When you create or change a route in Root Planner, Root Planner sends the route and its stops to your Sprwt site (secured by the Webhook Secret). Sprwt saves the route details (driver, vehicle, times, stop count) and, for every stop, looks up the Sprwt order with the same tracking code that was issued when you exported the order; on that order it records the route number, the stop number and the ETA. Every later change in Root Planner re-sends the route, so the report always reflects the latest plan — nothing needs to be refreshed manually.
