How do "review reward" cashback payouts actually get paid?

A customer can earn one of these rewards two ways: clicking a Google or Facebook review link from their profile page, or clicking one of the social-share buttons (Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) on their Earn Rewards page. Either action logs a pending reward immediately — one reward per platform per customer, and each platform can only be claimed once ever.

A background automation later scans for pending rewards older than your configured delay (Gamification Rewards Delay (minutes), default 5) and, if Marketing Hub is active, Gamification Rewards Enabled is Yes, and Gamification Rewards Amount is greater than $0, credits that amount to the customer's balance and marks the reward paid. The short delay gives the customer a moment to actually complete the review or share — but Sprwt doesn't verify the review was actually posted or the share actually happened, only that the button was clicked.
