This automation checks every recurring-proposal rule (daily, weekly, or monthly) that's due today, duplicates the original proposal for each configured customer, fills in every placeholder in the proposal's email text with real values (pricing, dates, and any other allowed replacement values), and emails each customer a link straight to their new proposal. Newly created draft proposals are automatically flipped from Draft to Sent as part of this process.
