When a customer swaps an ingredient on a meal (Recipe Swaps), the reports reduce the standard ingredient count by the number of swapped units and add the replacement ingredient with its own quantity instead. Swapped rows are marked with a rotate icon, the Cooking Report and Meals Report show a N swaps pill / (N ⟳) next to the quantity, and the Packaging Report prints a separate portion block for each swap combination (for example Normal Chicken → Tofu).

This behaviour is available on the Base, Pro and Enterprise plans, or with the Meals Custom Modifiers module when Business: General › Modifiers Settings is Recipe Swaps or Notes & Recipe Swaps.
