Logged-in customers can leave a 1-5 star review with a title and text on a product page (one per customer per product; re-submitting updates it). New reviews default to pending (not approved) and trigger a New Review admin notification. Only approved reviews count towards the product's average rating and are visible to shoppers. On the product's edit page, the Customer Reviews block shows the average, an Approved / Pending count, a star breakdown and each review with its status; filter All / Pending / Approved, click Approve ("Approve this review? It will be visible on the product page.") or Delete ("Delete this review? This cannot be undone.").
