When the Meal Modifiers module is enabled with its swap type set to Type 2 or Type 3 (ingredient swap / mix-and-match), the Labels report looks up each meal unit's own swaps. Removed ingredients are dropped from the label's ingredient list, swapped-in ingredients are added, and the macros box is recalculated for that specific unit. A small orange swap icon is printed in the category row so packers can tell the customised unit from a standard one. Meals By Customer shows the same swaps as text (original -> replacement) under each meal. This only works when the Meal Modifiers module itself is configured this way — in the current code, being on the Base/Pro/Enterprise plan without that module setting does not, on its own, make swaps appear on labels or on Meals By Customer.
