Go to Website > Lead Forms > Results (/admin/leadforms_results). The list shows each form with its Submissions count and creation date. Click a form to open its Responses table: ID, User (linked to the customer's admin profile if they were logged in), Page (where it was submitted, linked to the page), Submitted date/time and one column per question (mandatory ones marked with *). Multi-choice answers are shown comma-separated and checkboxes as Yes/No. Click a result's ID to open a read-only view of the whole form with the answers filled in.
