Open Numbers, click the number, then Edit Number. For a basic number the Plan section offers Upgrade to One Number with call forwarding and Greetings: $20/mos with 300m; clicking it reveals the Call Forward To, Greeting Text and Redirect SMS? fields. Saving an upgrade sends an upgrade request email to Sprwt support, who complete the change. For a number that already has call forwarding, the same fields can be edited and saved directly. The Title can be changed at any time.
