To pause a rule without losing it, open it and switch Active off ("Inactive rules are kept but not applied."), then Save. To remove it, click the trash icon on the row in Website > Redirects and confirm Delete – the dialog warns "Visitors hitting this URL will see a 404 page again." Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; you can always re-create the rule.
