How do I turn off 2FA for a user who's locked out or lost their device?
Open their profile as a SuperAdmin and click Re-arm 2FA (only shown when the user currently has 2FA enabled). Confirm the warning — it wipes their current TOTP secret and recovery codes and they'll be prompted to set 2FA up again next login. This is logged as a two-factor-reset event.
