On My Profile, under My Meal Preferences → Select your allergens, click Edit, search or scroll the list of ingredient allergens, click each one that applies to you (it highlights), and click Save. This drives automatic filtering so meals containing those ingredients are flagged/excluded for you where the storefront supports it.
