On the payment page click Cash, enter the amount handed over in Enter the value received by the customer and press Tender. In POS mode the confirmation screen shows the change ($X CHANGE, or NO CHANGE when exact) Out of $Total; in plain Checkout As mode you are taken to the new order page after the Success! message. The order's payment method is recorded as Cash.
