Sprwt runs a Crisp live-chat widget on every admin page except the page builder and blog editor — the chat script itself is not loaded on those screens. Open it from the Chat with us button in the top bar, the Chat With Us item in the Need Help? dropdown, or the Chat with Us card on the Dashboard's help panel. The top-bar button and the dropdown item both show the widget and then open it; the Dashboard's card only opens it, so it only works once the widget has already loaded on the page. A message you send there goes to a Sprwt support agent. The chat script only loads on admin pages, so it is not available on the customer-facing storefront or the page/blog editors.
