Tab: Business > Macros (shown only with the Macros module). Each row is Yes (default) / No and global only, and a row only shows up if you also have the module it controls:

• Meal card: Show Macros – the macro line on meal cards generally (no extra module needed beyond Macros).
• A la Carte: Show Macros (needs the A la Carte module), Meal Plan: Show Macros (needs the Meal Plan/subscriptions module), Packs: Show Macros (needs Packs), CMB: Show Macros (needs Custom Meal Builder), BTP: Show Macros (needs By The Pound), Catering: Show Macros (needs Catering), Grab&Go: Show Macros (needs Grab&Go).
• Extra A la Carte-style menus you created get their own row named <menu title>: Show Macros.

Set a row to No to hide calories/protein/carbs/fat on that module's menu without affecting the others.
