Go to Catering Settings, switch to the Catering Online Ordering tab, and turn on Show Labor & Equipment on Catering Ordering under the Customer Experience card. This is a separate checkbox from the Proposals tab's Show Labor & Equipment switch — you can enable Labor & Equipment on Proposals, on Catering ordering, both, or neither (both are saved into the same underlying setting as a list of which contexts are enabled). Both toggles only appear if the Expenses module is active.
