How do I set up tips at checkout?
Tab: Business > Cart. Four related settings, all global only:
- Show Tips – Yes (default) / No. Shows or hides the tip box in the cart sidebar and on the checkout page.
- Tips - Type (Percentage, Fixed Amount) – Percentage (default) or Fixed Amount. Decides whether the preset buttons are percentages of the order or fixed currency amounts.
- Tips - Values (Separated by '|' Ex: 10.20|20|30 ) – the preset buttons, default `5|10|15|20`. Decimals are allowed.
- Tips - Default Percentage – default 0. The tip pre-applied to every new cart before the customer chooses.
The same presets are used in the cart, on catering proposal checkouts and on the admin/POS charge screen.
