Click the Email block to open its panel, organised in sections:

• Global: Name* – an internal label for the step.
• Subject and sender: Subject line*, CC (separate by ;) and BCC (separate by ;) – extra addresses that receive a copy of every email (invalid addresses are ignored).
• Settings: Utm tracking – Use tracking Parameters? and Have custom tracking Parameters? (same behaviour as on campaigns).
• Template: Content Type (Drag and Drop Builder or Plain Text). For the builder click Design email – Sprwt creates a design named after the flow and step and opens the designer; use Back to Flow when done. For plain text, type the Content.

Press Save. Name and Subject are required; a block with missing fields shows a warning and the flow cannot be turned on until it is fixed. The design can be edited later by opening the block again while the flow is Off.
