1. On Stock Management click Stock Alert on the meal row (or use the same option on the Retail Menu page).
2. In the Stock alert pop-up switch on Enable stock alert and enter the Alert threshold quantity (the alert fires when stock is at or below this number). The pop-up also shows the current stock and, once an alert has fired, Last alert sent.
3. Click Save alert ("Stock Alert saved successfully").

Super admins also see a Test email button. The alert is per meal and location, regardless of portion.
