Open Wholesale Menu, click a menu's ID, and you land on the Wholesale Menu day page. Use the calendar on the left (it shows the kitchen's retail/wholesale fulfilment days with the legend Current day / Open Dates / In Progress / Finished / No Menu) to pick a date, then use the buttons on the right:

• + Select Meals - opens the meal picker; tick meals to add them to this date.
• Select A Preset Menu - adds all meals of a saved preset menu.
• Randomly Generate a Menu - picks N meals per category (costs 0.03 AI credits).
• Clear - removes every meal from this date (after a confirmation).
• Clone - copies this day's meals to a date range on the wholesale menus you choose.
• Export CSV - downloads the day's list.

The table lists ID, MEAL, NAME, ORDERS (how many times the meal has been bought for that date) and ACTIONS (remove). A How to Create a Menu video button is in the header. Wholesalers then see these meals on the ordering page for that date.
