Tab: Business > Labels. Meals Expiration Days (Labels) – number of days, default 0. Global only.

When this is above 0, meal labels print an expiration date equal to the print/delivery date plus this many days (using a recipe's own override, from the Default Meal Expiration field on the meal editor, when one is set), and the wording (Enjoy by or Freeze by) is chosen with Expiration Date text. Important: when this global setting is 0, the expiration line is left off labels entirely, even for a recipe that has its own expiration-days override set — the override only changes the date shown, it does not by itself make the line appear.

A second row, Meals Expiration Days (Retail Labels), exists for retail labels; in the current version it is not read by any label template.
