How do I set an overall cart minimum order amount?
Tab: Business > Cart. Use the four Cart: settings together (global only):
- Cart: Amount Minimum Value (include delivery fee & exclude tax) – the minimum subtotal (default 0 = off).
- Cart: Order Modules Amount ($) Cart Minimum Applies – tick the ordering modules whose items count toward the minimum (Packs, By Pounds, Choose Subscriptions, Choose Meals On Subscriptions, A la cart, Catering, Custom Meals, GiftCards, Extras, Grab&Go, Custom Charge, POS Menu, Realtime). Nothing is ticked by default — the minimum is not enforced until you tick at least one module.
- Cart: Amount Minimum Applied to Discounts – Subtotal Without discounts (default) or Subtotal With discounts.
- Cart: Amount Minimum Per Delivery Day or Per Cart – Per cart (default) or Per delivery day.
When the minimum is not met the customer sees the cart review page with the shortfall and cannot continue to payment.
