1. Open the subscription and click the date in the Subscription Dates strip.
2. In the meals table click Add <category> / Add meal on an empty slot (or Change meal on a slot already in the cart) to open the meal picker for that day and slot; pick a meal (and portion when allowed).
3. Repeat for each slot. Selected meals are held in a cart shown by the floating basket; click it to open Cart Preview, where you can remove items or Delete Cart.
4. Click Complete Checkout to save. Included meals are $0; the customer's balance is used first and their saved card is charged for any extras.

Saved meals appear in the table with the order number and who selected them. To replace a saved meal, Refund it first – the slot then shows an Add button again.
