How do I see which orders and fees were included in a bank deposit?
- Go to Stripe > Payouts and click the payout (or use Recently Deposited on the Balance page).
- Read the Summary table first: it groups everything in the payout by type. Charge rows are your sales (Gross = net after fees for that type, Fees = the processing fees deducted, Total = the customer-facing amount), Refund rows are money returned, Application Fee rows are Sprwt's fees, and the final Payout row is the deposit amount.
- Scroll to Transactions for the line-by-line list. Each charge row shows the Stripe payment ID in the Description column when Stripe did not supply a description; copy it and search on Stripe > Payments to open the payment and its Internal Checkout link to the Sprwt order.
- Click Load More to page through payouts with many transactions (10 per page).
