On the Pickup report click View more under Total Checkouts for that location. The pop-up ("This shows the number of checkouts per ordering module and the subtotal of each") has one column per module – A la Cart, Meal Pack, Subscription, Subscription Addons, CMB, BTP, Extras, Gift Cards – and a Total column. Each cell reads quantity | amount. The data is fetched for the location and the current Begin/End dates when you click, and the table can be exported.
