Open Reports > Sales Reports > Gross Sales, set the dates and click the total checkouts with coupons tile (or its View more link). The pop-up lists every coupon use with Order (link to the order), Code, Coupon name, User (or "Guest Checkout"), Checkout Total, Discount Total and Creation Date. The table can be searched, sorted and exported to PDF/Excel.

The number on the tile is the count of coupon uses; the amount is the total discount given on all orders in the range. The same pop-up exists on the Wholesale and Grab&Go reports for their subset of orders.
