On the dashboard for that date, the Priority Action card changes to Reopen Meal Selections ("Allow customers to place orders for this day (re-open)") with the status Currently closed. Click it and confirm. Ordering for that date opens again immediately.

Two things to know:

• You can only reopen a date that has not been finished. If production is finished, first click Reopen Production, then reopen selections.
• If the date had been closed automatically by the Cut-off Timer, reopening it is permanent: the automation never re-closes a date it already closed once. The header shows a red warning "The system closed this day automatically on … and you reopened it. You will need to manually close this day." — remember to click Close Meal Selections yourself before production.
