On Portion Sizes, open the row marked (Default Portion) in the Meal Prep tab. Its form only has Name and Default Container Type (no Active toggle, because the default cannot be disabled). Saving updates the account-wide Portion Size Default Name used on every meal, label, price grid and storefront, plus the default container. Individual meals can still override the name with the pencil icon next to the default portion row in their Prices table. The catering default portion is a normal portion size chosen by Sprwt support (Portion Size Default Catering); its edit form hides the Active toggle the same way, so you can rename it but not deactivate it.
